After that, choose a Half-Day or Full-Day Pass on our Book a Desk page, pick your weekday and pay by card. We’ll confirm by email within one business day and send your keybox code the evening before.

Enter your code at the keybox beside the front door, collect your fob, and tap it to open the door. Willow is the shared room at the front of the building. Please pop the fob back when you leave.

Day passes and Flex membership run 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Resident members and private room tenants can come and go at any hour.

Yes. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll keep a credit for another day.

Flex ($260 a month) gives you up to 10 days a month at any free desk in Willow, 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Resident ($480 a month) gives you your own dedicated desk, kept just for you, with entry at any hour. Both include your own fob and a mailing address.

No. There’s no bond, no fit-out and nothing to connect. Memberships and rooms roll on with notice, set out in a simple agreement, and your first period is paid in advance. On monthly billing there’s no minimum term. If you prepay 6 or 12 months and need to leave early, give 30 days’ notice and we’ll refund the unused months, less the pay-ahead discount.

Day passes are paid by card when you book. Memberships and private rooms are invoiced in advance and paid by bank transfer. Pay ahead on a private room and save: 5% off when you pay 6 months upfront, or 10% off for 12 months. Just choose your payment option on the enquiry form.

Yes. Flex and Resident members and private room tenants get a mailing address at 40-42 Melville Street, Numurkah.

Yes. The private rooms are made for it, and the courtyard and breakout room are there for a less formal chat. A dedicated meeting room is coming soon.

There’s street parking out the front on Melville Street, and nearby car parks a short walk away. Once our rear extension is complete, we will also have rear parking available to permanent members.

Every pass, membership and room includes wifi, power, tea and coffee, snacks, printing, fob entry, and the courtyard, kitchen and breakout room. As we evolve, we also hope to host member events to encourage networking and a strong sense of community.
